The preferred concept is developed into detailed drawings to adhere to council requirements. Our vast experience has enabled us to develop strong Council relationships & sound understanding of their processes. We work proactively to achieve timely approvals.
Fee Proposal
After considering all aspects of the project, including complexity, time & budget, we present a detailed proposal to ensure transparency for all.
BUILDING APPROVAL
Upon receiving Council approval, we prepare a set of detailed construction documentation. We coordinate the required consultants and engage a building Certifier to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations required to receive your Building approval.
CONCEPT design
Our initial concept designs are created, including a number of options, and presented to the client for first stage discussions and feedback.
coordinate Consultants
We take the stress away from you by coordinating the required consultants such as, Engineers, Timber framers, Interior designers and Energy consultants. For unique projects we also assist with coordinating the CFS, Traffic, Acoustic and Waste Management consultants etc.
3d MODEL DESIGN
A 3D model is created to assist in visualising the preferred concept. We present this to you in person & can explore numerous colours & materials.
building stage
We can assist you in obtaining costings from builder(s) to ensure you receive a competitive price. We can either recommend our reputable builders or if you have a builder in mind, we are happy to work with them. Whatever the case, we always recommend getting more than one quote.
