We were proud to attend the 2025 HIA–CSR Australian Housing Awards on Saturday the 17th of May, held at the iconic Crown Towers in Melbourne – a night that brought together Australia’s best in residential construction and design to celebrate innovation, craftsmanship, and excellence across our industry.

The event marked the culmination of the national HIA award season, where winners from each state gathered to compete for top honours. Following our success at the South Australian Housing Awards, where we were honoured with both Townhouse/Villa of the Year and Townhouse/Villa Development of the Year, we had the privilege of representing SA on the national stage.

To stand alongside some of the most outstanding builders, designers, and developers from around the country was an experience we won’t soon forget. It was particularly rewarding to be part of a strong South Australian contingent, showcasing the quality, creativity, and forward-thinking approach that continues to emerge from our state.

The evening itself was vibrant and full of energy, with entertainment, great company, and plenty of laughter, thanks in no small part to the comedic brilliance of host Peter Helliar. The awards ceremony was not only a celebration of individual and team achievements, but a moment to reflect on the evolving standards of excellence within our industry, and the shared ambition to push boundaries in residential design and construction.
