The judges commended the business for knowing their target market and building a brand as a destination employer. Mavtect Designs is also innovative, with the up-coming rollout of a Virtual Reality experience for clients to ‘walk through’ their home designs.
Set in the tree lined streets of Fullarton, a classic 1920’s bungalow has been reborn through a well-executed, contemporary enhancement and thoughtful reconfiguration to the original layout.
Upon entry, our eyes are immediately drawn to the grand 3m wide hallway; segregated by square arches and a set of 2.7m high steel framed glazed doors.
Restored timber floors, detailed architraves and skirtings bring back the glorious character of the bungalow era, and sets the theme which flows into the addition, with modern expression.
