The Mavtect Designs team attended the HIA-CSR SA Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards at the Adelaide Convention Centre on Saturday the 11th November 2023.

We were honoured to take home the Small Business Management Award.

The award recognises the management of a small business in the residential building industry that has a strong trading record, good levels of customer service, and is able to demonstrate excellence in growth; financially and/or in client numbers.

Judges comments:

Mavtect Designs has earned a reputation for delivering timely, economical and creative outcomes for their clients. In seven years, the business has grown to now employ nine staff with clear growth goals with a focus on consolidation, process improvement, and staff development. The judges commended the business for knowing their target market and building a brand as a destination employer.
