Plympton NDIS Apartments

This three-level, six-apartment NDIS development is located on a challenging cul-de-sac site. The constrained site conditions required careful planning and thoughtful design to optimise building siting, access, and circulation while meeting the rigorous requirements of NDIS/SDA design standards.

The project demanded close attention to accessibility, ensuring that all apartments, common areas, and circulation paths provide a high level of functionality and independence for residents. Innovative design solutions were employed to balance compliance with the NDIS/SDA guidelines, maximise natural light, and maintain privacy and amenity.

Undercroft parking was integrated seamlessly to make efficient use of the limited site area while providing safe and convenient access for residents and visitors. The design also considered the surrounding context, ensuring that the development sits comfortably within the existing streetscape and maintains a sensitive relationship with neighbouring properties.
