A long-standing colonial icon in Adelaideʼs sought-after suburb of Novar Gardens, The Evergreen has been respectfully reimagined into a residence that seamlessly marries timeless elegance with contemporary luxury.

Originally a 1960s cream brick home in pristine condition but untouched for decades, the project presented a rare opportunity to honour the homeʼs architectural legacy while reworking its floor plan, structure, and finishes.

Working in collaboration with Georgie Shepherd Interior Design and The Building Company, a clear vision was brought to life: one that elevated every inch of the original structure and created a new standard of refined living.
