This modern coastal-themed addition is transforming a dream home for a young family at West Beach. With the clients deeply involved in the design process, the project is creating a fresh new look by completely replacing the existing design elements.
Stage one has introduced key exterior features such as a skillion roof, crisp white weatherboard cladding, iron ash decking, a concrete BBQ area, and a pizza oven.
Internally, it includes polished concrete floors in the addition, a mix of 2-pac and American Oak joinery, and a stunning limestone feature fireplace.
